Ethiopia is a spiritual country; they have delicious mouth-watering dishes which include beautifully spiced meat and vegetables served with a traditional sourdough flatbread called Injera. It is customary for people to have meals together as this is a sign of love and care and this custom is called Gursha.

Ethiopia is considered the horn of Africa therefore it has the largest number of mountains in Africa. There are natural reserves that conserve the rare necessary nightjar bird, Ethiopian wolf, mountain nyala, and Walia Ibex among other safari animals of lions, giraffes, and elephants.
